Fees paid for professional writing, editorial, or book treatment services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of whether a studio, producer, or media company ultimately accepts or rejects the completed treatment. Our fees cover the professional development and preparation of the materials and do not constitute a guarantee of an adaptation deal or studio acceptance. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated in the service agreement before work begins. However, we strive to ensure that every treatment we prepare meets professional standards and the agreed project requirements. Any subsequent changes, additions, or removals made by the author after completion may affect the treatment and its suitability for submission.

We are committed to ensuring that every adaptation proposal is based on genuine opportunities and handled with professionalism and transparency. Our services focus on preparing authors’ works for consideration by legitimate film, television, and media industry professionals. While we can guarantee the quality and professional presentation of the adaptation materials we prepare, we also guarantee that a studio will acquire, option, or produce the project. Our goal is to ensure that every proposal and its supporting materials effectively communicate the book’s adaptation potential and are presented to industry professionals in the strongest possible manner.
